The Manly House is available for more extended stays, from 2 weeks up to 6 months. Pricing as indicated, per week, includes one weekly clean and all utilities, internet, etc. Part-weeks charged pro-rata. For short-stay bookings please click the BOOK NOW button at the top of this page. Without prior arrangement, we don’t accept children under 8 without prior approval or pets other than registered service animals.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled more than 6 weeks before arrival. 50% refund if canceled within 4 weeks of your arrival. 25% refund within 2 weeks, otherwise no refund as we are unlikely to secure a guest on such short notice.
